Need to return a product to us?

Because our items are often used as birth gifts:
Return your products free of charge within 30 days (instead of the statutory 14).

The product for which you wish to request a return must be intact, in its original packaging, and suitable for resale as is.
You will then need to stick the return label on your package before handing it over to Mondial Relay or La Poste.

After receiving the item in our warehouses, we will refund your purchase by bank transfer (to the bank account that owns the Bank Card used) or PayPal (depending on the payment method used when placing the order).

If you received a free or discounted item as part of a "buy X, get Y" offer, you will also need to return item "Y" to receive a full refund. If item "Y" is not returned, the discount amount received from that offer will be deducted from your refund.

Returns from mainland France, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, Portugal and the Netherlands are free.

Returns outside the metropolitan territories of France, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, Portugal and the Netherlands are the responsibility of the Customer.
