How to make a return?

To receive your free return label, please make your request by clicking here.

For the return to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition, complete, and in its initial packaging. It must be resalable as is.

Once you receive your label, simply attach it to the package and drop it off at a Mondial Relay or La Poste location (for France and Belgium), or at the partner drop-off point indicated on your label.

Refunds

After receiving and verifying the item in our warehouses, we will process the refund. The amount will be credited to the payment method used for your order (credit card or PayPal).

Special offers

If your purchase included a free or discounted item as part of a promotion, this item must also be returned to obtain a full refund. If this is not the case, the value of the offer will be deducted from the refunded amount.
