ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rules applicable to any order placed on the Goodnvibes.com website. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of the GTC. The GTC may be modified at any time, the applicable version being the one in force at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS The products offered are described precisely on the site. The main characteristics, prices, dimensions, materials, and accessories are indicated on each product page. Images are provided for informational purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. The content (photos, texts, videos, logos) is the exclusive property of Goodnvibes and may not be reproduced without permission.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS 4.1 Placing an order Orders are placed exclusively on Goodnvibes.com. The customer selects their products, verifies the details, and then proceeds to secure payment. A confirmation email validates the order and marks the formation of the contract between the customer and Goodnvibes. 4.2 Modification and cancellation After confirmation, an order can only be modified with the express agreement of Goodnvibes. Goodnvibes may refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, error, or previous dispute.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENT 5.1 - Prices Product prices are indicated in euros (€). In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable to our products. The displayed price is therefore the final price to be paid by the customer. Goodnvibes reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but commits to applying the rates in effect at the time of the order. 5.2 - Payment Methods and Security Payment of the full price is due immediately on the date of the order. Payment is made via the following secure payment methods:

  • Bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • PayPal (immediate payment or in installments subject to conditions offered by PayPal)

  • Klarna (payment in installments, subject to acceptance by Klarna Bank AB)

  • Apple Pay

  • Revolut Pay The order will only be processed and shipped after payment validation. All transactions made on the site are secured using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol, ensuring the confidentiality of data transmitted during payment. No banking data is stored or accessible by the Seller. Payments are processed directly by our certified partners, such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Revolut Pay, who ensure the protection and verification of transactions. The Customer can thus make their purchase with complete confidence, benefiting from the highest standards in online payment security.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment validation. Estimated delivery times: 1 to 9 business days in Metropolitan France and Europe, 10 to 15 business days internationally. Products are shipped via reliable and tracked carriers. The customer must provide a complete and correct address. In accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the transfer of risks of loss and damage to the products only occurs when the Customer (or a third party designated by them) physically takes possession of the products. Until that date, Goodnvibes assumes full responsibility for the delivery. In the event of loss or damage, Goodnvibes tracks the shipment and offers a reshipment or a refund after verification.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Goodnvibes extends this period to 30 days for product returns to ensure customer satisfaction. To be accepted, returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned intact and unused.

  • They must be complete (including any accessories).

  • They must be in their original packaging. (Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or used will not be refunded.) Exception for hygiene reasons: In accordance with Article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery:

  • Water bottles

  • Lunch boxes

  • Lunch bags

  • Thermoses

  • Tumblers

  • Cups and Mugs This exclusion is justified for hygiene and health protection reasons. The concerned products returned unsealed will not be refunded. For returns accepted under these conditions, the customer benefits from free return shipping. Goodnvibes commits to providing a prepaid return label. ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY 8.1 Legal guarantee of conformity In accordance with the law, Goodnvibes is liable for conformity defects appearing on the products within a period of two (2) years from their delivery. When acting under the legal guarantee of conformity, the Customer:

  • Has a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to act;

  • Can choose between the repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided by Article L217-12 of the French Consumer Code;

  • Is exempted from providing proof of the existence of the conformity defect of the goods during the 24 months following the delivery of the goods. 8.2 Guarantee against hidden defects The Customer may decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the item sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the French Civil Code. In this case, they can choose between the cancellation of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the French Civil Code. 8.3 Exercise procedures For any claim under the guarantees, the Customer must contact Goodnvibes at the address: contact@goodnvibes.com. Products must be returned in the state in which they were received with all elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). Shipping costs will be refunded to the Customer based on the invoiced rate, and return costs will be covered by Goodnvibes.

ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content (texts, images, videos, logos, design) is the exclusive property of Goodnvibes. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited and incurs civil and criminal liability.

ARTICLE 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Goodnvibes may modify, suspend, or interrupt the site or certain products at any time without notice. The site is maintained with care but may experience technical interruptions or internet-related risks. Goodnvibes cannot be held liable for indirect or unforeseen damages related to the use of the site or the products.

ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA The information collected is used to manage orders and customer relations, in accordance with the GDPR. The customer has a right of access, rectification, deletion, and opposition: contact@goodnvibes.com

ARTICLE 12 – AMICABLE DISPUTE RESOLUTION In the event of a dispute, the customer must first contact Goodnvibes customer service by email. In the absence of a satisfactory solution within 60 days, the consumer is informed that they may resort to a consumer mediation procedure by contacting an approved mediator, whose contact details will be communicated upon their final appointment. In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission also provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to facilitate the out-of-court resolution of disputes between consumers and professionals in the EU. For disputes related to a cross-border purchase within the European Economic Area, the consumer can contact the European Consumer Centre France to be directed to the competent amicable resolution entity via their official website: www.europe-consommateurs.eu.

ARTICLE 13 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION These GTC are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to orders or the use of the site will be subject to the competent French courts.
