Refund policy
This policy defines the return, refund, and delivery conditions applicable to purchases made on the Goodnvibes website. It complements the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and applies to all customers.
1. Delivery
Timeframes To provide you with better visibility, our process is broken down as follows:

Preparation: Your order is prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery: Once shipped, your package is delivered within an estimated 2 to 7 business days.
The total time to receive your order is therefore generally between 3 and 9 business days from confirmation. These times may vary depending on the destination and the period of activity.
Shipping costs Delivery is free for all orders placed on our website, for all destinations we serve. Goodnvibes reserves the right to modify this policy in the future. Any modification will be clearly indicated on the site before the order is validated.
Order tracking As soon as it is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the carrier tracking number.
2. Legal right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221 18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
Deadline extension Goodnvibes To guarantee an optimal customer experience, Goodnvibes grants you a total of 30 days to return your items, beyond the legal period.
3. Return eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, products must be:

Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Returned in their complete original packaging (box, bag, accessories, manuals, etc.).

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice).
Exceptions (Article L221 28 of the French Consumer Code) The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (for example water bottles, lunch boxes, or containers that have been used).
4. Return procedure

The reason for the return.
Wait for validation and instructions from our team. Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order, which is longer than the legal 14 day period. Generate your return: To receive your free return label and view all our conditions, go directly to our Return Policy page.
5. Return costs
In accordance with our refund policy, return costs are fully covered by Goodnvibes. Following the acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label by email. This includes a tracking number to guarantee the safe transit of the package. You simply need to print this label and stick it on the package before dropping it off with the indicated carrier. No fees will be requested from you.
6. Defective or non compliant products
In accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217 4 and following of the French Consumer Code), if you receive a product with a defect or that does not conform to the order, we invite you to inform us as soon as possible after receipt. For a quick and efficient processing of your request, please attach proof (photos) to your message. In this case:

Return costs are covered by Goodnvibes.

You can obtain a replacement or a full refund (item and initial shipping costs).
7. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, the refund will be issued within 7 business days via the same payment method used during the purchase.

Refunds only cover the price of the returned items, excluding initial shipping costs (unless it is an error on our part).

In the case of installment payments, the refund will follow the same schedule.
8. Exchanges
An exchange for another model or a different color is possible, subject to availability. As part of an exchange, Goodnvibes covers the return costs of the initial item. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to make this return free of charge.
